Jennifer vulnerably shares about her three birth experiences. Her first was a traumatic hospital birth. Her second was a better hospital experience but it was followed by a 7 month long battle with postpartum anxiety. When she was pregnant with her third she started doing a lot of research into physiological birth. She tried to find a midwife but realized along the way that she still wasn't taking full responsibility and was relying on a provider and that led her to decide to freebirth at home.
